Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to join our team as a Business Analyst & Administrative Support Specialist. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic analysis with day-to-day administrative operations. This role is perfect for a dynamic professional who excels in both strategic analysis and administrative operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our team and contributing to the reliability of the power grid.

 

Business Analysis

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

  • Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for performance optimization.

  • Assist in project planning, tracking, and documentation.

 

Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate team engagements.

  • Prepare and distribute communications, reports, and meeting minutes.

  • Maintain organized records and documentation, including contracts, purchase requisitions, and project files.

  • Manage general office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Proficiency with financials and data.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal skills are required.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
